This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our websites (including rockyourgift.com, rockyourgift.org and their subdomains), register for our webinars and events, download our free resources, join our programs, or receive our emails and text messages, and how we use and protect that information.

By using our websites or services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Contact details such as your name, email address and phone number when you fill out a form, register for an event, or request a free resource.
• Answers you provide on applications, surveys and booking forms, such as information about your business and goals.
• Billing details when you make a purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number.
• Anything you send us directly, such as emails, text replies, or messages in our community spaces.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit.
• Email engagement data such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.
• Cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) and analytics tools that help us understand how our pages perform and show relevant ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver what you asked for, such as event access links, replays, and free resources.
• To send you emails and, if you opted in, text messages about our events, programs, content and offers.
• To process purchases, provide customer support, and deliver the programs you join.
• To schedule and confirm calls and appointments.
• To measure and improve our websites, emails, events and advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, Rock Your Gift may send you messages about events you registered for, reminders, program updates and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Email and How to Unsubscribe

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by replying to any email and asking us to remove you, or by writing to the address in Section 11. We will honor your request promptly. Even after you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send you messages about purchases or programs you are enrolled in.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as our CRM and email platform, payment processors, scheduling and video meeting tools (such as Zoom), community platforms, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google, through cookies and pixels, to measure and deliver ads. You can limit this as described in Section 6.
• Event partners when you register for an event we co-host with a partner, where the registration page says so.
• Legal and safety reasons when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or others.
• Business transfers if our business is sold or merged, in which case your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

6. Cookies and Your Choices

You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of our websites may not work properly without them. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings, and opt out of many interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it.
• Request a copy of your personal information.
• Ask us to correct or delete your personal information.
• Opt out of marketing messages at any time.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Data Retention and Security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our websites and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use our websites or services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
